Mums With Prams Fitness offer a range of fitness services. We focus on post natal outdoor group and personal training. We operate mainly in the southern suburbs of Perth’s metro area. Fitness Membership options and prices:
- 8 weeks membership: 1 session per week – total $96
- 8 weeks membership: 2 sessions per week – total $160
- 8 weeks membership: 3 sessions per week – total $240
- 8 weeks membership: 4 sessions per week – total $320
Workout days times and locations:
Rockingham:
We run our 9.30 AM morning fitness classes on Mondays, Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays in Rockingham. We recommend to arrive few minutes in advance so you can get ready.
Rockingham Classes Location:
When weather is good we always exercise outdoor.
In Rockingham the park we exercise is Rockingham City Park at Chalgrove Ave, Rockingham 6168 Western Australia. When weather is bad we exercise indoor. Our indoor location for Rockingham fitness classes is Mike Barnett Sports Complex at Goddard Street, Rockingham 6168. http://mbsc.ymca.org.au/
